Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer a free consultation?
We offer a complimentary initial consultation (usually 15-30 minutes), which you can schedule by contacting us. During the call, we will ask you for a general overview of your legal problem and provide a high-level perspective and general guidance. We do not provide legal advice during the initial consultation. Should you decide to engage our services, you will be asked to sign our engagement agreement.
What are your fee arrangements?
We offer flat fees for designated short-term engagements and generally bill on an hourly basis for most projects. For services billed hourly, clients will receive a detailed, itemized invoice upon completion outlining all work performed related to their case. For engagements under a flat fee arrangement, clients are charged a predetermined sum covering all agreed-upon services without itemized accounting unless specified otherwise. Typically, our fee structure defaults to an hourly rate unless an alternative arrangement is agreed upon in advance. Please contact us for our rate structure.

Are you limited to specific states for your services?
We provide comprehensive legal services across all states in the U.S., specializing in federal and state law. Our team is equipped to handle legal matters regardless of geographical boundaries, ensuring proficient and informed support wherever your case may arise.
Where are you located, and what meeting options do you offer?
Located in the heart of Silicon Valley, our firm predominantly manages cases and conducts meetings through secure video links, ensuring confidentiality and efficient collaboration via digital data rooms. While virtual meetings are our standard practice, in-person consultations are available within the Bay Area. For clients outside this region, in-person meetings can be arranged at the client's expense, adhering to the same standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
What are your rates, and do you have an engagement contract?
We will provide our engagement contract and fee structure after the initial consultation.
